Service Description for booking:

Integrative Massage: Deep Tissue and Relaxation techniques are seamlessly woven together to soothe the nervous system while simultaneously providing specific focus to your areas of concern. Your comfort with the depth of pressure will be confirmed and adjusted throughout the session as requested. Spot treatment with cupping, hot stone, ice/cold therapies,can be easily added if appropriate. Warm towels and aromatherapy are included. 

Relaxation Massage:  Do you just want to check out from the world for a while? If you have only the desire to let your mind relax and be soothed through comforting touch then this is for you. 

Injury Treatment Specific:  The session will be geared entirely toward the area of focus. Best for Injury Treatment and goals focused on increased range of motion, decreased pain, primary functional limitations, PIP, L&I, or self billing your insurance for reimbursement.

Pregnancy Massage:  Providing relief for mommies throughout pregnancy. Massage helps create space in the structures that are under pressure such as the ribcage, shoulders, and hips. Treatment is performed with the client in the side-lying position in most cases. 

Full Body Hot Stone Massage: Hot Stone Massage is integrated with Deep Tissue and Relaxation techniques to soothe the nervous system while simultaneously providing specific focus to your areas of concern. Your comfort with the temperature of the stones and pressure provided by hands/stones will be confirmed and adjusted throughout the session as requested. 

Full Body Cupping Massage: Every area that we agree to work on will be treated with cupping as is appropriate for your individual goals.

Full Body Hot Stone + Cupping Massage Combination: Every area that we agree to work on will be treated with the hot stones and cupping as appropriate for your individual goals.

Pricing allows the intake discussion prior to the hands on time where we can establish your goals and set the intention for the session, provide postural assessment and muscle testing as appropriate.  The post massage follow up will confirm how you are feeling and provide any additional information requested or homework such as stretching.  

example: a 60min session will have up to 70 min duration to include the intake/outtake per client necessity.
